The Clearspan Farrow Complete Cast System is a fully self-supported farrowing floor solution built for durability, performance, and piglet safety, no additional supports required. Designed for modern farrowing barns, this system combines strength, comfort, and efficient waste management in one complete package.
A two-level design with a 1-inch raised center helps reduce piglet crushing while allowing easy access to underside nipples. The cast iron center keeps the sow cool, while the expanded metal or welded rod flooring provides excellent traction for piglets and promotes fast drainage for a cleaner, drier environment.
A 24″ x 39.75″ Stokboard feed saver is integrated at the front of the system to help minimize feed waste and improve overall efficiency.

This Clearspan Farrow Complete Cast System provides protection and comfort for newborn piglets, a cool, comfortable area for the sow, and a feed saver that can be easily replaced when needed later on.
I would recommend ADA flooring due their easy to clean, durability, and longevity. They are easy to install yourself. From the times we have dealt with ADA they have been extremely friendly and easy to work with.
